The ROC02 is a complete cordless lift rail for Roman shades and honeycomb (cellular) shades. It consists of a headrail profile, a cord winding module ROC02-01, two end brackets ROC02-02 and transparent cord clips. The lift cords run inside the rail and are wound on the module, so nothing hangs at the window: the shade is raised and lowered by hand from the bottom rail and stays where it is left.
The lift force comes from the module spring, and the spring is selected against the weight of the finished shade. Six spring thicknesses cover shade weights from 0.1 kg to 1.8 kg, so a maker can match the lift to a light voile Roman shade or to a heavier blackout and lining combination instead of forcing one spring across the whole range. Both 72 in and 84 in heights are supplied with all six spring thicknesses, which means one hardware family can cover the shade sizes on a standard order book.
The rail is supplied to blind manufacturers, assembly workrooms and window-treatment wholesalers, as a set or as individual spare parts.
Cordless by design – lift cords are wound inside the rail on the winding module; no operating cord or chain is left within reach at the window.
Six spring grades for load matching – spring thickness 0.08 to 0.13 covers a load range of 0.1 kg to 1.8 kg, so the lift feel is matched to fabric weight rather than rounded to the nearest available option.
Supplied for Roman and honeycomb shades – the same lift rail is used on both shade types, which keeps component and spare-part stock to one family.
Two height options – 72 in and 84 in, each available with all six spring thicknesses.
Defined spare parts – cord winding module ROC02-01, end bracket ROC02-02 and the transparent clips are supplied as individual parts, so a shade is serviced without replacing the complete rail.
