ROC01 is a cordless lift hardware kit for Roman shades (Roman blinds). The lift mechanism modules and the spring tension unit are fitted into the headrail and linked by the drive rod, and the lift cords run inside the rail rather than outside it. The shade is raised and lowered by hand from the bottom rail and holds the position it is left at, so no cord or chain is left within reach at the window.
The kit is supplied to blind manufacturers, assembly workrooms, soft-furnishing wholesalers and fit-out contractors. It can be ordered as a complete set matched to your headrail length for new production, or as individual mechanism modules and end caps for repair and after-sales. The headrail profile is produced to the width you require, so the hardware is matched to the assembly you already run.
Cordless operation – internal lift cords and the spring tension unit replace the hanging cord loop; no pull cord and no bead chain are left at the window.
Even lift across the shade width – the modules work together through the drive rod, so the bottom rail rises level instead of tilting to one side.
Produced to your headrail – send a headrail drawing, a dimensioned photo or a sample and the fit is confirmed before production.
Moulded housings with metal working parts – matte-white engineering-plastic housings with metal cord guides and cross-head fixings.
Spare parts supported – mechanism modules and end caps can be supplied on their own, so a shade is repaired without replacing the complete mechanism.
OEM and private label – headrail length, colour, logo, label and packing produced to your specification, with buyer-label supply available.
